     My name is Mark Francovich. I am the President of National Home Buyers, Inc. I am also a mentor and personally teach people my one-on-one Real Estate Investing Program. I work directly with people who desire to improve and change their life for the better by using real estate investing.      I bought my first property when I was in my early 20's, 40 acres of Nevada Desert (oops!). My first exposure to Creative Real Estate was in 1980, when I bought Robert Allen's book, Nothing Down. I was 21, and it completely changed my viewpoint regarding real estate…for the moment, anyway. I was excited. I knew this was it! I read the book, and started making phone calls. After only a few hours of rejection, I promptly gave up and talked myself into believing it couldn’t be done.

         Years later sitting on my couch at 2:00am in the morning worrying about my bills I saw Carleton Sheets on an infomercial for about the 153rd time…yes… Carleton finally got me…I ordered his course. I knew I had to do something to change my situation and I was hoping real estate was my ticket out of my financial problems. After reading the 485 books and 329 CD’s he sent me I was completely overwhelmed with information overload…so what did I do… I started buying more books and tapes on the subject. I went to seminars, boot camps and conventions. I did this all part-time, while working my full-time job. I would sit for 4-5 days at a time, in a stuffy convention room, listening to all the latest Real Estate Gurus. I soaked up everything I could. I was a human sponge looking for knowledge. I thought I had done exactly what they told me to do in those courses and tapes even though I really wasn’t sure if I was doing it right. I thought I could do it, and deep in my heart I knew it could work. I kept a positive attitude and kept working at it.  I could see people all around me doing it.

After one full year and spending over $20,000 on my real estate education I still had not bought a house using the 1001 techniques I had learned. What was I missing? Was I stupid or what?  My wife thought I was nuts, and said if I spent one more dime, she was going to disown me. I had almost given up and quit...and then it happened…I decided I didn’t need more information…I needed to simplify and boil it down to just one technique and get that to work! I took pieces of info here and pieces of info there and put together the easiest technique I could figure out…then the light went on...I closed my first deal and bought my first house. I sold it, and made $5300.00 clear profit in a matter of days! You would of thought it was $530,000 profit…but life was good…life was grand…I had found the answer! I finally made it work! I bought another house, and another, and another, big ones, small ones, ugly ones, pretty ones. I was on a roll! Suddenly I was doing a lot of deals, and I got better and better at it! I actually bought 23 properties in the next 14 months once I figured out what worked! I started making more profit per deal all using the same exact technique! I just did that same one over and over!

At one point in a 45 day period I made over $113,000 in cash in my pocket! I bought and sold five houses in just one month. I had passive income coming in, whether I worked or not. My average house deal nets me $10,000-$50,000 profit. How many of those do you have to do monthly, to change your life? I can find a house, buy it, sell it, and spend the money in just a few days! I don't wait to collect my profit in 30 years or deal with tenants. There is no business on earth like being a Real Estate Entrepreneur.

You can work from home. You can spend more time with your family and have time for yourself and friends or donate to your local charities if you want to.


Make your life fun again!

    There are people out there making a lot of money in Creative Real Estate. They are normal people like you and me. This really does work, and anyone who tells you it doesn’t just has not figured out how to do it, or never had anyone show them how it’s done. My advice to you is to buy a course but make sure you get the guy that wrote it to Mentor you once you are out there actually doing the business. That’s when all the questions hit you and that is where most people fail. Keep it simple and don’t get into information overload. Find one technique that works and run with it.

Be careful of the coaching programs that hand you off to some hourly employee, who hasn’t done deals on a daily basis and didn’t write the course. I paid for a mentoring program from a guru but he wasn’t my mentor! I knew more than the coach assigned to me. He got me nowhere! I don't even think he believed it worked, and he was supposed to be teaching me. I could call in once a week and talk to my coach at a pre-determined time…let me tell you something…that’s not enough. You need help when you need it. When you find a deal you have to be ready to jump on it and have someone help you put the deal together right away!
